These terms cover your use of summitcourts.com and the Summit Courts text messaging program. Summit Courts (operated by Summit Ops LLC, 432 E Idaho St, Suite 288, Kalispell, MT 59901) is a family-run business based in Kalispell, Montana that designs and builds residential pickleball, tennis, basketball, multi-sport and indoor sport courts.

Using this website

Information on this site is general. Prices shown are estimates, not quotes; every project gets a written proposal after we look at the site. By using the site you agree not to misuse it or the forms on it.

SMS program terms

Program name: Summit Courts Project Updates.

What we send: When you opt in, Summit Courts sends non-marketing text messages about your inquiry and project, such as replies to your questions, appointment and site-visit reminders, scheduling, and follow-ups on estimates and project progress.

How you opt in: By ticking the optional text-message box on our contact form or reservation form and giving a mobile number, or by telling us on a phone call that it's okay to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies with your project. Msg & data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opting out: You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to 406-215-2324. After you send STOP, we will send one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in the same way you did the first time, or text START.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at 406-215-2324 or [email protected].

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
