What a Summit Courts pickleball project includes

We plan the full project: layout and orientation, grading and drainage, the slab or base, surfacing and lines, net system, and optional fencing, windscreen and LED lighting.

A standard pickleball court is 20×44 ft. For comfortable play we usually plan a pad of about 30×60 ft, and we can fit a smaller footprint on tight lots or design two courts side by side for larger properties.

Built for Montana conditions

Montana sites see freeze-thaw cycles, snow load, meltwater and strong high-elevation sun. We plan base depth, slab specification, drainage and where plowed snow will go before anything is poured.

Acrylic coatings need warm temperatures to cure, so outdoor surfacing is scheduled in the warm months. That is why we're booking spring 2027 build slots now.

Surface choices

Cushioned acrylic: a softer, quieter feel that is easier on joints, popular for backyard play.

Standard acrylic: the classic hard-court surface with consistent ball bounce.

Modular tile: interlocking tiles over a concrete or asphalt base, with good drainage and the option to reconfigure later.

Typical Montana starting range$25,000–$50,000 for a single 30×60 ft court
